Peace is more than the absence of war

I've suddenly realised that rather than stop the war in my head I might replace it with the creativeness of peace.

We are of to the mountains for 10 days. I have so much to share but we have guests here from Germany and the words are hiding behind their mystery.

I think you are on the right track with this. When we push against something, the attention we give it makes it stronger. Focusing on peace means you will be giving your attention to it rather than paying attention to the "war". Goodo luck.
